Baillie Industries provides full service concrete repair for most concrete restoration needs.
- Crack repair is a common repair we are called on to fix. We repair the cracks with only the highest quality products and latest technology, however we can not guarantee that the cracks will not reappear over time. In some cases we will saw cut a new relief joint to provide a place for the concrete to move.
- Leveling low spots or “bird baths” as well as broken or chipped patios and steps all of which can be repaired and covered with the proper resurfacing.
- Spalling and pitting damage from salt is very common in the central Illinois area. Proper cleaning, priming and resurfacing will repair and seal those problems from reoccurring.
- Sealing relief joints provides a seamless floor, easier cleaning and protects the joints from filling with debris and moisture penetration.
