Epo-Flex Industrial Floor System

General Polymers Epo-Flex Industrial Floor System combines Epo-Flex with hard aggregate to provide a tough traffic beating system.  Flexibility is achieved without the use of politicizes or other additives which can separate or migrate as the system ages.  This means that the product remains flexible and continues to function for many years.  Epo-Flex provides waterproofing with the ability to bridge hairline cracks up to 1/16”.

AquaArmor Flooring System

General Polymers AquArmor Flooring Systems represent a family of flooring systems all built using a single revolutionary new water-based resin technology, AquArmor WBE.   All systems are installed quickly, environmentally friendly and are NOT susceptible to problems associated with moisture from the concrete.

Trafficote Self-Leveling System

General Polymers Trafficote Self-Leveling Flooring Systems provide superior protection for moderate service conditions - especially aisles.  The systems utilizes 100% solids binder resins and selected aggregates to produce a resin rich self-leveling material that is applied with a notched trowel or squeegee.  Trafficote systems are available in skid-inhibiting or smooth finishes.

Fastop Flooring System

General Polymers Fastop Flooting Systems are designed for fast installation, quick return to service and long lasting performance.   Fastop’s state of the art chemical formula allows it to cure rapidly with excellent chemical resistance and is moisture tolerant during and after installation.  The coefficient of thermal expansion is compatible with concrete, so steam cleaning and rapid thermal cycling will not cause delamination.  Fastop systems are available in skid-inhibiting or smooth finishes.

TPM Seamless Epoxy Floor System

General Polymers Seamless Epoxy Floor Systems are harder and more durable than concrete and can withstand aggressive wear, impact and thermal shock conditions.  The TPM Flooing System is ideal for use in drum storage facilities, traffic isles, manufacturing, loading docks and where heavy use such as steel wheel traffic are present. These trowel applied, heavy duty industrial floors can be tailored to meet your requirements regarding traffic patterns, texture and color.

Malleable Flooring System

General Polymers TPM#118 Malleable flooring system is a ¼” toweled mortar with an epoxy binder and metallic aggregate.   The finished system has excellent resistance to impact, wear and abrasion with chemical resistance provided by the optional top coat.  All of TPM#118 products are based on zero VOC 100% solids technology.  This floor is perfect for steel wheel traffic, drum storage facilities and other factory applications.

Static Dissipative Coatings

General Polymers Static Control Epoxy Coating System provides a thin-mil electrostatic conductive coating in an attractive finish with a stipple finish epoxy topcoat.  The static dissipative coating works well in electronic assembly and productions facilities, computer rooms and other areas with electronic applications.
